The nurse is responsible for performing comprehensive physical and intake assessments for clients with addiction and behavioral health issues. Key duties include medication management, monitoring medical needs, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
Candidates must hold a valid LPN or RN license from an accredited school and be a certified BLS provider. Prior experience in hospital or behavioral health settings and proficiency with EMR systems are preferred.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for the healthcare of female and/or male clients suffering from addictions and behavioral health issues.
Under the immediate supervision of the Director of Nursing, the LPN will perform comprehensive physical health assessments on all intakes and formulate a plan of care that includes physician orders, medications, education, and treatments.
