The RN provides high-quality, safe, and cost-effective total nursing care to patients. They are responsible for coordinating the patient experience and integrating care based on the nursing process to ensure optimum discharge levels.
Candidates must have a Florida Registered Nurse license and AHA BLS certification. For telemetry units, ACLS and Basic EKG interpretation are also required, with a BSN preferred.
Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.

The RN provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing are to all patients. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination of the patient’s experience and integration of patient care based on the nursing process. The RN directs high quality and patient focused care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, Infection Control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided.
