• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Overnight $30–$34/hr + Overnight Differential 2 Days per Week
• 12-hour shifts
• Rotating schedule

Wood Violet Recovery is hiring a Part-Time LPN to support clients in detox, stabilization, and early recovery. Steady workflow, supportive leadership, and meaningful client connection.

• What You’ll Do
• Nursing intake assessments
• Support detox protocols & monitor withdrawal symptoms
• Daily nurse visits
• Meds, vaccines, treatments
• Process & communicate lab results
• Respond to medical concerns
• Documentation (HIPAA compliant)
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, providers & clinical staff
• Hospital transfers & nurse-to-nurse reports
• Maintain medical supplies

• What You Need
• Active Wisconsin LPN license
• CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain
• Strong documentation skills
• Calm, organized, team-oriented
• SUD/MH experience helpful but not required
