Description Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) – Full Time and Part Time These positions require an active State Physical Therapist (PT) license. Applicants without a current PT license or who do not meet the qualifications to earn licensure will not be considered.
HTS is currently seeking TWO Physical Therapists to join the therapy teams at our partner facilities in Louisville, KY. Our supportive and collaborative teams value teamwork and excellence in patient care. We offer a competitive hourly rate for the full-time and part-time position.
Position 1 The PT in this position will treat at a well-established senior living community located in the heart of historic Old Louisville. This 113-bed facility offers a diverse caseload from rehab to home, long term care, assisted living, independent living and memory care. Well-equipped therapy gym.

Position 2 This position is at a 5-Star CMS rated senior living community located in the historic Clifton area of Louisville. A dedicated Health & Rehabilitation Center specializes in transitional care and post-acute recovery. The spacious and fully equipped therapy gym has state-of-the-art technology.

Applicants must have an active Kentucky Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
