Registered Nurse/RN II – NICU Part Time Nights Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: Texas Health Rockwall - 3150 Horizon Rd, Rockwall, TX 75032 Work hours: Part Time, 24 hours weekly, (2) 12-hour Night shifts 6:45pm-7:15am, including weekends and holidays Training: Must be able to attend training at the corporate office in Arlington 8am-5pm during the first 1-5 days of hire NICU Department Highlights: Supportive Level One team environment and family atmosphere. Strong shared governance structure featuring unit-based councils that empower nurses to shape their work environment. New and advanced equipment and technology.

Here’s What You Need Nursing Diploma required or Associate’s degree in Nursing required or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred 1 year experience as registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required 1 year of Neonatal ICU experience strongly preferred Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire and BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care required upon hire and maintained quarterly and NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within 90 days of hire and NRPA - Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within 90 days of hire and CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training required within 90 days of hire and maintained annually A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
