We hope you’ll join our team The Opportunity Chaparral Medical Group is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our collaborative and mission-driven team.
You will play a key role in delivering whole-person, longitudinal care that promotes wellness, manages chronic conditions, and addresses acute medical concerns.
Who you are Required Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Successful completion of ACGME accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Board certified or Board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Must have a California medical license or be eligible for full, unrestricted licensure by the time of hire.
Proven ability to provide comprehensive, patient centered primary care across various ages.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
