Provide compassionate, patient-centered hospice nursing care and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Educate patients and families on hospice philosophy while performing ongoing assessments and documenting outcomes.
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current New Hampshire or compact state nursing license. Requires a minimum of two years of acute care experience and three to four years of recent medical/surgical or skilled care experience.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, accompanied by current New Hampshire nursing license, or compact state license through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). Minimum of two years acute care nursing experience. Three to four years of recent general medical/surgical or skilled/acute care nursing experience.
