Provide a full range of physical therapy services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. Responsible for documenting patient progress, conducting evaluations, and coordinating discharge planning with families and providers.
Requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited program and current state licensure. Must hold a current BLS certification and have experience in rehabilitating disabled or injured individuals.

We welcome you to visit our beautiful, 2,800 sq. foot treatment facility, which features a 19x20 turf room for athletic performance! The rehab facility is embedded into the Surgical Specialties building, including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Interventional Pain, Cardiology, Pediatrics, and Occupational Medicine.
The incumbent shall be responsible for providing a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards. The incumbent shall also demonstrate accountability for and contribution to program development, quality improvement, problem solving, and productivity enhancement in an interdisciplinary setting.
The incumbent shall, at a minimum, be a graduate of an accredited four‐year Bachelors’ degree program (or foreign equivalent). Current licensure in the state of practice is required. Current BLS Certification mandated.
Education/experience in working with patients to assist in rehabilitation of disabled or injured individuals throughout their lifespan.

The pay range for this position is $37.65 - $59.62/hr
