What you will do We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Los Angeles.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions.

Key responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic exercises, and documenting progress.

The Physical Therapist will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for helping patients regain mobility and independence are essential.

Physical Therapist Summary of Job Responsibilities: Evaluate patients to determine physical therapy needs and functional limitations Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient progress Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function Educate patients and families on exercises, home programs, and injury prevention strategies Document patient care, progress, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment, ensuring proper use of equipment Adhere to all state and federal regulations, safety protocols, and ethical standards of practice Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with advancements in physical therapy practice

Qualifications

Current and active Physical Therapist license in the State of California Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Current CPR/BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) Minimum of one-year clinical experience as a Physical Therapist (new graduates with strong clinical rotations welcome to apply) Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitative therapy techniques Excellent clinical judgment, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccinations or titers Proof of TB/PPD or Chest X-ray within the past 12 months Current Annual Health Clearance Reliable source of transportation Quality Temp Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity in the workplace.
