As a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in our outpatient clinic, you will provide meaningful, hands-on therapy while building relationships with children and families, improving lives, and advancing your career in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, global developmental delay, neurological conditions, genetic disorders, and sensory-motor challenges.

We focus on helping children build strength, coordination, balance, mobility, and independence through evidence-based, child-centered care that supports developmental milestones.

Your Role: Deliver personalized, evidence-based pediatric physical therapy to children with developmental and neurological diagnoses Develop treatment plans focused on gross motor skills, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional independence Use play-based and child-led interventions to support engagement and progress Document care accurately in Raintree EMR Partner closely with families and caregivers to promote carryover at home Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and interdisciplinary team members Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Active state Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills Passion for working with children and delivering family-centered care Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered therapy Why Great Strides Rehabilitation?

Requirements

Requires a degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program and an active state license as a PT or PTA. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering family-centered pediatric care.
