The EEG Technologist performs various neurodiagnostic procedures for patients of all ages to obtain high-quality data. Responsibilities include setting up equipment, documenting patient histories, and coordinating laboratory schedules according to clinical urgency.
Requires an Associate's degree or graduation from a CAAHEP accredited Neurodiagnostic Program, or a high school diploma for grandfathered techs. Candidates must be eligible for registry and obtain AHA BLS-HCP and PALS certifications within six months of hire.
