Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients with chronic conditions in the Fort Royal/Winchester area. Responsibilities include performing physical exams, developing treatment plans, and prescribing necessary medications and interventions.
Requires a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a valid Virginia certification. Candidates should have 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients, with hospice experience highly preferred.

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care to homebound care to patients in Winchester, VA on a part-time basis. You will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician, and you will care for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.
• $110,000- $140,000+ (depending on experience and other incentives) (Full Time)
