The LPN provides patient- and family-centered care, assisting medical staff with examinations, screenings, and the collection of vital signs. They are responsible for documenting patient health status and managing incoming patient communications regarding medications and medical conditions.
Candidates must be a graduate of a recognized LPN program and hold a valid LPN license in South Carolina or a compact state. Current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross is required, and one year of experience is preferred.
