The LPN is responsible for monitoring detoxification clients, managing medical records, and coordinating patient appointments. They partner with nursing and executive leadership to maintain a therapeutic environment for residents in recovery.
Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment. They must be comfortable working independently and compliant with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) protocols.
6PM - 6AM three days a week + rotating weekends
