A highly respected, doctor-led private specialty group is opening a brand-new DeNovo Periodontics practice in Williamsport, Pennsylvania and is seeking a full-time Associate Periodontist to anchor and grow this location.
This role offers a rare blend of entrepreneurial energy and established infrastructure, backed by a mature flagship practice and a strong regional referral base.
About the Opportunity Position Type: Full-Time Associate Periodontist Practice Model: DeNovo, private specialty practice Location: Williamsport, PA Living Flexibility: Candidates may live in Williamsport, State College, or elsewhere within the surrounding region Compensation: Competitive, collections-based structure with strong upside Schedule: Full-time clinical schedule with flexibility Start-Up Support: Fully built-out office, systems, staffing, and referrals in place This is an ideal opportunity for a Periodontist who wants to build something meaningful, without the financial or operational burden of ownership.
Clinical Scope You’ll practice the full scope of advanced periodontics and implant dentistry, including: Surgical placement of single and multi-unit implants IV sedation for surgical cases Complex and surgical extractions Comprehensive periodontal procedures, including: Osseous surgery Soft tissue grafting Sinus lifts Ridge augmentation Bone grafting CBCT imaging and modern diagnostics are standard, ensuring efficient treatment planning and predictable outcomes.
