The physical therapist is responsible for autonomously evaluating patients and establishing treatment goals. They provide clinical services and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to integrate patient-centered care plans.
Candidates must hold a Doctorate or equivalent professional degree in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor's degree. Required certifications include FSBPT, a Michigan State Physical Therapist License, and AHA BLS.
Must be a graduate of a Doctorate’s or previously equivalent professional Physical Therapy training program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
