The LNA is responsible for providing direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with hygiene, and supporting nutritional needs. They also ensure patient safety, maintain a clean environment, and assist with unit operations and discharges.
Candidates must hold a current LNA certification and demonstrate a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
