Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you’ll lead the way in restoring independence, function, and quality of life for your patients. Your clinical expertise and compassion will be the foundation of transformative care. Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Deliver direct therapy services that improve mobility, function, and long-term outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient progress Supervise and delegate to Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff as appropriate Educate patients and families to encourage active participation and lasting results Document care plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and compassionate care This role is ideal for someone who: Believes in putting patients first Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Wants to make a real and lasting impact through their work

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent) Licensed or license-eligible as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills Passionate about improving lives through personalized care New grads welcome!
