The Physician Assistant role involves providing high-quality, comprehensive healthcare services to a diverse patient population. The PA will work in collaborative environment with physicians and other medical support staff to ensure the delivery of accessible and compassionate care. This role includes both direct patient care and patient education, as well as supporting our community health initiatives and preventative care.
1. Extensive knowledge of primary care practices, including management of acute and chronic conditions, health promotion, and disease prevention.
2. Strong understanding of patient care management across diverse populations, particularly in underserved communities.
3. Ability to work effectively with a wide range of healthcare professionals in a collaborative team-based environment.
4. Strong communication skills, with the ability to educate and engage patients in their healthcare decisions.

6. Ability to manage a diverse caseload while balancing patient care with administrative responsibilities.

1. Illinois Physician Assistant licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Illinois. 2. Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program is required. 3. Two plus years of experience as a Physician Assistant preferred.
Light physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of a clinical nature. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Normal work hours for this position are Monday through Friday dayshift, unless otherwise specified by management staff. Travel to other clinical locations may be required.
