Texas inpatient therapy roles stay selective

In Texas, inpatient therapist PRN weekend roles often draw steady demand because hospitals and behavioral health facilities need licensed clinicians who can support weekend coverage. These positions are competitive because employers usually want a master’s degree, an active LPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LMFT-A, and healthcare experience, with inpatient psychiatric experience preferred.
