The Veterinary Assistant is responsible for safely handling pets, preparing treatment areas, and assisting doctors with medical procedures. They also manage patient histories, monitor hospitalized animals, and maintain overall hospital cleanliness.
Candidates should be able to deliver compassionate care to patients and clients while performing technical tasks like sterilizing instruments and collecting diagnostics. Experience or skills relevant to veterinary assistance are negotiable for compensation.
