The RN is responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating the delivery of patient care. They are accountable for delegating care to the healthcare team and coordinating with rehabilitation staff to maximize patient independence.

Candidates must hold an RN license in New Jersey and possess BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. A BSN and NIHSS certification are preferred, along with relevant ICU experience.
