Phlebotomist

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED Current National certification or registration as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist or the ability to obtain the certification within 180 days of employment 2+ years of phlebotomy experience 6+ months of experience performing routine blood and urine tests 6+ months of experience with equipment and testing to perform quality control checks Basic level of computer literacy

Preferred Qualifications

CLA or ASCP Certified 2+ years of experience in a medical setting Skill in operating a variety of laboratory instrumentation Skill in preparing written reports concerning the results of laboratory tests and input data into computer system Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public Proven ability to maintain all materials for collection Proven ability to read and understand oral and written instructions Proven ability to follow written protocols Proven ability to work independently Proven good communication and customer service skills Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
