We have 5 OR rooms and 1 Treatment room. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in General, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Otolaryngology, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology. Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some early mornings and later evenings may be required; schedule subject to change based on surgical schedule and flow of the day.
The PCT/Anesthesia Tech/SPD/Terminal Clean provides direct patient care by assisting patients with changing linens, ambulation, and transport.
Maintains a clean and orderly patient care environment.
Assists during patient examinations and procedures.
Obtains and records patient vital signs, provides nutritional intake and reports results and observations.
Demonstrates the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical and/or procedural services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.
Assists the anesthesiologist and the circulating nurse with the administration of anesthesia and assures adequate stock is available as needed.
Maintains and cares for all surgical instruments.
Prepares supplies and instruments for surgery cases.

Requires a High School Diploma, Anesthesia Tech training, and BLS certification. Candidates must have at least two years of experience as an Anesthesia Technician.
