The Licensed Vocational Nurse provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Key duties include following the plan of care, providing treatments, and collaborating with the team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold a current, unencumbered LVN license and a valid CPR certification with a practical skills evaluation. Two years of recent nursing experience is required, with a preference for an associate degree and home health or medical/surgical experience.

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with current and unencumbered license to practice professional nursing in the state of employment. Associates' degree in Vocational/Practical Nursing from an accredited program, preferred. Has two (2) years of recent nursing experience. Community/home health or medical/surgical experience, preferred. Possess and maintain valid CPR certification. Must have obtained in-person with a practical skills evaluation as part of the final test. Complies with accepted professional standards and practice. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills. Access to reliable transportation.
