The Physician Assistant will diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and minor injuries within a walk-in clinic setting. Responsibilities include performing physical exams, ordering diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Abilities: Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems. The ability to educate patients in an empathetic and clear manner. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Physical
Requirements: Able to lift 10 pounds for routine performance of essential functions. May be exposed to adverse indoor and outdoor environmental conditions, bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, perform overhead lifting and perform other common physical movements as needed for the position.
Education and
Experience: Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Training Program and received and maintained certification.
Licenses and
Certifications: Licensed in the State of North Dakota Current BLS Certification or willingness to obtain. Current ACLS Certification or willingness to obtain. Current PALS Certification or willingness to obtain.
