The Staff Nurse prescribes, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with the health team. They are responsible for delivering mental health services in a psychiatric care facility setting.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school and hold a current license to practice from the State Board of Nursing. At least 6 months of experience is required, along with CPR certification and completion of behavioral management training.

The Staff Nurse (R.N.) is a registered nurse who prescribes, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. Cross-functional training may be required to learn skills that will allow the license to work seamlessly throughout the facility.
Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. Associates Degrees accepted, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
At least 6 months experience. Experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
