What You Will Do

You will support direct patient care under physician supervision to help create a seamless care experience by:
Serving as the liaison between the patient and physician to “establish and maintain quality patient care”
Assessing patients and families, planning and implementing care, and evaluating outcomes
Taking vitals, administering medications, and assisting with exams and procedures
Documenting patient history, chief complaint, medications, and more in the EMR
Ordering tests, obtaining prior authorizations, and coordinating referrals and scheduling
Preparing and stocking exam rooms and supporting daily clinical operations
Providing compassionate support to patients and families thought the care process

What you bring
Graduate of an accredited LPN program
Current LPN License
Experience with EMRs (Athena preferred) and Microsoft Office
Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to care
Previous outpatient or primary care experience preferred
