Provide peer-based support to youth receiving mental health services by sharing lived experience to promote hope and recovery. Collaborate with the Behavioral Health Home team to assist youth with life transitions and maintain compliant documentation.
Candidates must be between 18-30 years old with lived experience in mental health recovery and a valid driver's license. CIPSS certification is preferred or must be obtained within nine months of hire.

Clarvida is seeking a Youth Peer Support Specialist to work with youth receiving mental health services who benefit from guidance, encouragement, and support from someone with lived experience. In this role, you will use your personal journey with mental health services and recovery to support youth as they manage diagnoses, navigate peer relationships, and work through life transitions. You will serve as part of a Behavioral Health Home team and receive meaningful supervision to support both client outcomes and your own professional growth. This is a flexible, part-time role well suited for individuals passionate about youth advocacy, peer connection, and recovery-oriented care.
