The Outpatient Therapist provides psychosocial support through individual, group, and family therapy while coordinating treatment goals with a multidisciplinary team. They also serve as a liaison between referral sources and guardians to facilitate aftercare placement.
A Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology is required, along with LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC licensure in Florida. Two years of experience in a psychiatric facility is preferred, specifically with clinical assessment and adolescent addiction.
