The Float Pool RN delivers high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across multiple designated acute care units based on hospital needs. Key duties include conducting patient assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited RN program with a current state nursing license and BLS certification. ACLS or PALS is required within six months, and one to three years of acute care experience is preferred.
