The Psychotherapist manages a clinical caseload providing individual, family, and group treatment to patients with various mental health conditions. Responsibilities include designing assessment-based treatment plans and coordinating with community resources for client referrals.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree and licensure in a mental health discipline such as LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT. Proficiency in DSM V-TR is required, and bilingual skills in Spanish are encouraged.
Psychotherapists act as a guide toward helping their patients understand their condition and feelings, cope with daily life and manage their mental health to be able to function normally.
