Provide high-quality clinical care for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, including health assessments and care plan management. Coordinate with staff and families while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory standards.
Requires a valid State Nursing License (RN or LPN/LVN) and at least one year of nursing or caregiving experience. A degree in nursing is preferred along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong clinical assessment skills.

We’re seeking a Staff Nurse (RN, LPN/LVN) to provide high-quality clinical care and support for residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. In this role, you’ll assess resident health status, develop and update care plans, communicate with staff and families, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. You’ll foster a safe, compassionate, and engaging environment while supporting the professional growth of the care team.
