Cobb Pediatrics is seeking a part-time Pediatrician to join our state-of-the-art practice. This is an existing position with established demand and an opportunity for continuity of care within a growing community. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, compassionate physician seeking long-term involvement in a team-based outpatient setting. There may be future opportunity for expanded hours based on practice needs and mutual interest.
Compensation & Benefits Overview Compensation and benefits are commensurate with experience, schedule, and eligibility, and may include: · Competitive base compensation · Opportunity for productivity-based or performance incentives · Signing incentive (if applicable) · Malpractice coverage · Access to health, retirement, PTO, and CME benefits for eligible providers, based on hours worked and plan requirements Specific benefit details, eligibility, and amounts are determined at the time of offer and subject to plan terms. Schedule & Responsibilities: · Approximately 32 hours per week, primarily Monday–Friday based on the needs of the practice. · Rotating Saturday clinic coverage (every other Saturday, half-day) · Shared, light call coverage on a rotating basis · Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents · Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and leadership · Maintain timely, accurate documentation using Office Practicum EMR
· MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatrics residency · Board Certified (preferred) or Board Eligible in Pediatrics · Eligible for (or able to obtain) an unrestricted Georgia medical license · Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach · Interest in mentorship, collaboration, and long-term practice stability
