The Sr Phlebotomist is responsible for retrieving blood specimens via venipuncture and finger sticks while maintaining specimen integrity and quality control. Additional duties include managing patient reports, handling billing inquiries, and coordinating courier services for specimen transport.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree and a state-required phlebotomy certificate are preferred.
