Community Behavioral Health is hiring licensed clinicians to complete Targeted Case Management (TCM) assessments and care plans on their own schedule — no clock-in, no required office hours, no minimum caseload.
What the work is You'll complete comprehensive TCM assessments for new referrals and six-month reassessments, then turn them into clear, individualized care plans.
Visits happen in our clinics, in clients' homes, and by secure video when clinically appropriate.
You'll handle the consents and authorizations tied to your own assessments and document everything in our EHR.

Complete 10 assessments in a week and that's $480; 20 is $960.

Ideal as supplemental income alongside private practice, an agency position, or supervision hours (LMSW and LGPC accepted with clinical supervision per agency policy).
Independent, not isolated — you'll have a dedicated supervisor and a team of case managers behind you.
What you'll need Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Active Maryland license: LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW, or LGPC Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance — travel across the mid-shore region is part of the job Strong organization: you'll manage your own deadlines for assessments, reassessments, consents, and authorizations without daily oversight Comfort with technology: EHR documentation, e-signatures, and secure video sessions Nice to have (not required) Experience with behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, or TCM documentation Familiarity with Maryland Medicaid / COMAR 10.09.45 Experience with adults with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders The details Contract (1099), part-time, fee-for-service: flat $48 per completed note, inclusive of visit, travel, and documentation Reports to the TCM Community Support Supervisor Service area: Dorchester, Caroline, Talbot, Queen Anne's, and Kent counties Community Behavioral Health is an equal opportunity employer.
