Job description

Part Time (48 Hours Biweekly)\nAvailable Shifts: Day (6:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.) & Night (6:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.) \nEvery 3rd weekend (Saturday and Sunday)\nOne major, One minor holiday per year\nMust be available for orientation on day shift (6:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.) for the first six weeks.\nMust be able to work a minimum of 24 hours per week on an ongoing, year-round basis; this position is not seasonal or temporary.\nThis is an on-site position located in York, Pennsylvania.\nInpatient Central Monitoring Services (IP CMS) is a system-based, remote surveillance team that monitors ECG/EKGs, pulse oximetry, and other vital signs. IP CMS also provides tele-sitting (video monitoring) services. IP CMS is committed to standardizing and improving telemetry and video monitoring services to improve patient outcomes. \nGeneral Summary\nUses specialized software to monitor cardiac rhythms, pulse oximetry, and/or other vital signs as ordered. Communicates routine and unpredicted findings to the direct care providers in a timely manner, as appropriate. Documents findings and notification of findings in the patient's electronic health record.
