The RN provides high-quality, safe, and cost-effective total nursing care to patients. They are responsible for coordinating the patient experience and integrating care based on established safety and infection control standards.
Candidates must have an education recognized by the State of Florida for RN licensure and a valid Florida RN license. Required certifications include AHA BLS, with ACLS and Basic EKG interpretation required for telemetry and high acuity units.
Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.

The RN provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing are to all patients. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination of the patient’s experience and integration of patient care based on the nursing process. The RN directs high quality and patient focused care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, Infection Control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided.
