The Mental Health Therapist provides clinical assessments, referrals, and counseling for individuals with mental health problems. The role involves working under the Practice Manager to deliver holistic patient care within the healthcare system.
Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with staff and the public. Physical ability to move throughout the facility and mental ability to manage budgets and evaluate staff performance are required.
The Mental Health Therapist works under the supervision of the Practice Manager to provide clinical assessment, referral and/or counseling for mental health problems.
