Caregivers will provide high-quality personal care and assistance to elderly clients in their homes, including help with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders. They must also offer companionship, monitor client conditions, and maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
Candidates must possess a valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and demonstrate a compassionate and patient demeanor committed to elderly care. Essential requirements include excellent communication skills, the ability to pass a background check and drug screening, and reliable transportation to client homes in Naples, FL, along with a level 2 background check through AHCA.
