The role involves creating long-term impacts on individuals' lives by encouraging, mentoring, and coaching them to achieve their goals while following their Individual Support Plan. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, housekeeping, and laundry to enhance independence.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, and while related experience is helpful, no prior experience is required as paid training is provided. A verifiable high school diploma or GED is preferred.

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team at our programs in Coroapolis, PA.
Our ideal DSP candidate will have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on their individual lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals. Spend your day in a variety of settings making memories with our individuals.
By following the Individuals Support Plan, you can enjoy your days at the park and sensory gardens, while working on social and communication skills. Be a part of fostering a true sense of price and fostering independence in your individual by teaching them to navigate daily living activities, such as personal care, housekeeping, and laundry. Make a difference in the life of those you work with to enhance their independence by assisting with daily and personal activities.
Earn $18.59/hour
Candidate will have the option to select Enhanced Pay.
