About the role

The role involves providing outpatient psychiatric services to patients across the lifespan. The position includes participation in team meetings and collaboration with supervising physicians.

What Are We Looking For?

One Behavioral is on a continued path for growth.

We are looking to add full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) or Physician Assistants (PA) specializing in Behavioral Health to our team.

This position is Monday - Friday with no weekend calls.

We hope that our providers will contribute to our mission and embody our values.

In addition to patient care, employee satisfaction is our top priority.

Opportunity Details

Outpatient setting, treating patients across the lifespan.

Bi-monthly or weekly team meetings with supervising physicians

Skills and knowledge-based fit to accommodate the correct fit for Supervisor-Supervisee relationships.

One Behavioral is ideal for new graduates and those early in their careers, as we strive to educate and help our providers grow with the help of our supervising providers.

Flexible work schedule (Full-Time, Part-Time , or 1099 Contract)

Requirements

  • Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
  • Bi-lingual (preferred).
  • Licensed to practice (license in good standing) in Texas is required at the time of hire.
  • Ability to integrate well with a multidisciplinary team.
