The LPN is responsible for providing quality patient care, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs for residents in a long-term care community. They collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans and maintain accurate medical records.
Candidates must hold an active LPN license in Minnesota and possess strong communication skills to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include BLS certification and experience with wound care and electronic medical records.

As an LPN, you will utilize your skills in maintaining quality resident care, safety standards, and compassionate care on a daily basis. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans. Additionally, your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records will be crucial in providing the highest level of care to our residents.
