Travel to client sites and patient homes to collect blood specimens via venipuncture and other sampling methods. Perform necessary clerical tasks, maintain supply inventory, and ensure accurate labeling and transport of specimens.
Requires a high school diploma, graduation from an accredited phlebotomy program, and national certification. Candidates must have at least 3 years of current phlebotomy experience and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
The Mobile Phlebotomist travels to Company’s client locations and to patient homes to provide phlebotomy by collecting specimens for use by clinicians and/or medical technologists for clinical analyses, evaluations and/or diagnostic procedures. She/he performs clerical, patient care and limited technical support for laboratory clients.
