The Bereavement Coordinator provides compassionate grief counseling and support to patients and their families. They serve as a communication link within interdisciplinary teams to ensure all patient needs are met with dignity.
A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Preference is given to candidates with 2 years of hospice clinical grief counseling experience.
