The counselor is responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic services to patients and their families. They must also maintain detailed medical records and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Nursing, or a Ph.D./Psy.D. in Psychology and possess at least 2 years of relevant experience. Required certifications include a license as an LMHC, LCSW, Clinical Psychologist, or Clinical Nurse Specialty, along with CPR certification.
Full time/Day shift 80 hours/Biweekly
