The Graduate Nurse is responsible for admitting and orienting patients, performing basic nursing procedures, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. They collaborate with the healthcare team to execute care plans and accurately document patient medications and vitals.

Applicants must be graduates of an RN program with a graduate nurse permit and a current Pennsylvania or multistate license. An associate degree is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred, along with BLS and ACLS certifications.
