Description Nexus Family Healing is looking to add an Youth Care Professional 1st Shift to join our newest Youth Psychiatric Residential Treatment facility set to open this summer in Eugene, Oregon! our residential location in Portland, Oregon!
Nexus Family Healing is expanding to Eugene, Oregon, with the opening of a new 14-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) set to open this summer! This location is In partnership with the Oregon Health Authority Behavioral Health Division and will serve justice-involved youth ages 12 – 17, experiencing acute emotional concerns, and serious and persistent mental illness.

Required Qualifications: Must be 21 Years of Age Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent Must have a valid driver's license A desire to work in the human services field & caring for at-risk youth Must have the ability to build strong relationships with diverse individuals or communities and understand their unique needs and challenges. Must be open to meeting the cultural needs of individuals or communities, considering factors such as language, traditions, and values.
