• Job Summary Columbia Cottage in Hanover, PA is looking for dedicated Caregivers/CNAs to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.
• In this role you will assist with daily living activities, promote resident well-being, and foster a safe, nurturing environment.

• Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Engage residents in meaningful social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
• Document care provided accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. CNA certification preferred but not required. Previous experience in caregiving preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor. Compensation & Benefits This caregiving position starts at a competitive wage of $17.00/hour, depending on CNA certification and experience.
