• Description: The Emergency Room Technician functions under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse. He/she provides non-licensed direct patient care to neonate through geriatric patients. He/she assists the healthcare team by providing personal assistance to patients by caring for the patient, equipment and supplies and also by providing clerical and nursing care support services.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent. Phlebotomy proficiency preferred, successful completion of phlebotomy training with six (6) months of hire. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills Minimum one (1) year experience in a clinical setting.
